Over the past 20+ years, I’ve sat across from more than 10,000 students while working with places like IDP, CANAM, and Leap Scholar. Along the way, I kept seeing the same pattern.Students rarely pick the wrong path because they lack potential. They struggle simply because nobody showed them what was truly possible. Too often, they pick a stream to stay with friends, choose a degree just to play it safe, or miss out on amazing careers because no one ever brought them up. I spent my career learning how to clear away that noise and make these big decisions feel simple again

Why I Started SPOC & How I Help
That’s why I founded SPOC. I believe career guidance needs to start early, as early as around Class 9, while students are still discovering who they are, not after they are already committed to a degree. My approach is honest, unbiased and completely student-first. I don't push specific colleges, streams, or countries. Instead, we bring everything together under one roof: stream selection, psychometric tests, entrance preparation guidance, college applications, and interview preparation. A career isn't just one heavy decision, in fact it's a journey. And it all begins with having the right conversation at the right time.
